• Most of our rentals are pet-friendly with an additional deposit and monthly up-charge.

• Minimum credit scores are required. The lower limits are between 620-650 depending on the owner. If there are extenuating circumstances, you can explain and a co-signer may be permitted.

• Minimum income requirements apply. Typically it’s 3x the amount of the rental amount.

• At this time our owners do not accept Section 8.
